Shoreditch Fringe Festival 2012: local DIY & slashers event in London

It’s been less than a month that I’ve settled down in London, more precisely in Brick Lane, within the Shoreditch community. Every day brings its new discoveries and surprises. Good news: my camera is back from France this week-end. Yeah.

The local scene is pretty amazing; you realize that at least every Sunday, as Brick Lane becomes a market for hipsters, slashers and BoHo people.

So if you’re around the corner this summer, you can’t miss Shoreditch Fringe Festival: from July 6 to August 27, during the Olympic Games fever, you’ll have a chance to discover the madness of my neighborhood. If you’re a fashion activist, an artist or whatever Shoreditch-minded, you can also register for few pounds, to benefit from the festival coverage. I’m hesitating to host a temporary exhibition in our apartment 🙂

All the details are on the website, but I really think it’s good to follow them on twitter, or Facebook.

If you want to meet up during the festival: hey, contact us damn it! We’re French but we’re nice, you know 🙂
